PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between trevmbo Noble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiran the terrible (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noble throws a wild body kick that the terrible sees coming a mile off.
the terrible looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Noble shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. the terrible defends it nicely.

Noble throwing strikes here but the terrible is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Noble gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

the terrible wants to sweep here but Noble controlling him for the moment.

Noble is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Noble will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Noble stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. the terrible swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
the terrible is pulling down on Noble's head. It's preventing any offense from Noble, at least for the moment.

Noble drops back, looking for a kneebar! the terrible looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. the terrible looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from the terrible!

Noble is trying to work for a sweep but the terrible has mounted him!
Noble is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Noble bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Noble really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Noble drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Noble jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Noble has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but the terrible can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Noble throws his legs up looking for a submission but the terrible uses it to pass to side control.

the terrible has an Americana. Noble didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! the terrible is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if the terrible hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
