Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anaconda Yadav (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gus Duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yadav kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Shayad. Anaconda Yadav has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Anaconda Yadav! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gus Duran! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duran walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Yadav checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Duran pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Duran fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Yadav avoids it really well and circles away. Yadav gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Duran holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Duran is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Yadav is defending well for now. Nice elbow from Duran. Duran lands an elbow that stopped Yadav in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Anaconda Yadav has been cut. Duran lands a good knee to the midsection. Yadav won't want to take too many of those. Duran using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Yadav is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Duran lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Duran breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Duran has managed to clinch.
Duran gets control of Yadav's arms and successfully pulls guard. Duran will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Duran looking for a sweep. Not yet Duran, not yet. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Duran holds on and takes a little breather.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duran throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Duran is trying to control the position but Yadav postures up. Duran pulls Yadav in close to prevent any damage. Yadav looking to pass the guard. Duran tries to land a sweep but no joy. Yadav thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Yadav drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Yadav jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Yadav takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duran pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Yadav gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Yadav escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Duran gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Duran throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Duran controls from within his opponent's guard. Duran trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Yadav keeping moving, preventing Duran from controlling successfully. Yadav looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duran distracts Yadav with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Duran's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Duran is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Duran postures up in Yadav's guard and throws a big left but Yadav blocks it. Duran trying to control the position from guard on top but Yadav is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Duran trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Duran throwing strikes from guard but Yadav blocks nicely. Duran slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Duran tries to free his leg and advance position but Yadav is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Yadav tries for a takedown but Duran circles away easily and Duran counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Yadav actively working from the bottom here. Duran seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Yadav does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Duran controlling the pace. Yadav actively working from the bottom here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gus Duran dominated that round. The cut man is working on Anaconda Yadav's cut. That's time! Yadav's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Duran feints and as Yadav raises his hands in defense, Duran changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Yadav escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Duran gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Yadav working for a triangle but Duran defends it easily.
Duran wants to control from the top but Yadav keeps moving. Duran sitting in guard, not really doing much. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Yadav has his foot on Duran's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Duran works his way back into a safe position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duran wants to control from the top but Yadav keeps moving. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Duran's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Yadav has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Duran can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Yadav has momentary wrist control but Duran slips an elbow through the middle. Duran is working Yadav over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Duran trying to control but Yadav is working from the bottom. Duran thows a big elbow that misses. Duran postures up in Yadav's guard and throws a big left but Yadav blocks it. Yadav working for a triangle but Duran defends it easily.
Yadav is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duran got a little sloppy there for a moment and Yadav has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Duran has managed to get both his arms back between Yadav's legs - danger averted. Duran postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Yadav will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Duran working some strikes from top position. Duran scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Duran trying to control but Yadav is working from the bottom. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Duran's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Yadav is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Duran defends well. Duran controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duran missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Duran wants to pass the guard but Yadav is keeping the position. Yadav is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Duran frees his head nicely. Oh but Yadav has switched to an armbar! Duran is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
