Zuzinho dives in and grabs James's left leg, looking for a takedown. James pushes down on Zuzinho's head and hops out.

Zuzinho sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed James's guard.
Zuzinho is looking for a kimura but James is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Zuzinho to get the leverage.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Zuzinho stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Zuzinho wants it to stay on the feet.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
James closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Zuzinho to the mat! Zuzinho manages to get full guard.
James drops back, looking for a kneebar! Zuzinho looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Zuzinho looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Zuzinho!

James uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Zuzinho has time to react.
