Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, George Activin!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Activin.
Weiss tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Weiss stuffs the takedown attempt from Activin. Activin gets slowly back to his feet.
Weiss tries to clinch up but Activin circles away and keeps his distance.

Weiss manages to break the clinch.

Activin closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Weiss to the mat! Weiss manages to get full guard.
Activin trying to control but Weiss is working from the bottom.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Weiss has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Activin off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Weiss tries to close the distance and clinch but Activin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Activin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Activin is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Weiss wants to control but Activin is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Weiss is defending against the submission attempts here by Activin.
Activin has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Activin looking to secure an arm triangle but Weiss defends it well.
Activin blocks Weiss's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Activin trying to control but Weiss is having none of it.

Activin is working to isolate an arm here. It's a choreographed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Activin extends the arm and Weiss is forced to tap!
