Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Burroughs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Burroughs might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Simple Man By Shinedown. Daniels is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Enter Sandman by Metallica. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels tries to clinch there but Burroughs circles away.
Daniels tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Burroughs swivels and escapes.
Burroughs is trying hard to land a takedown here. Daniels sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Burroughs shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Daniels moves into the clinch.
Burroughs is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Daniels pulls him back up using the underhooks.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Burroughs shoots in but no luck this time.
Burroughs cracks Daniels with an open hand slap.
Daniels dives in and grabs Burroughs's left leg, looking for a takedown. Burroughs pushes down on Daniels's head and hops out.
Daniels wants to clinch.
Burroughs is trying hard to land a takedown here. Daniels sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Jim Daniels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Burroughs is defended easily by Daniels.
Daniels is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

That was a close round but I would say that John Burroughs will probably get the nod.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

A big strike lands for Burroughs! That's really hurt Daniels and he's turned his back - Burroughs keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Burroughs Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
