PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Minio Deathdragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bobby Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Konstantin Menshow and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round but I would say that Minio Deathdragon will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Deathdragon misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Johnson is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Deathdragon asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Deathdragon goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Johnson has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Deathdragon but great work by Johnson.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Deathdragon, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
