Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Ivanovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ivanovich is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Ivanovich!
Ivanovich is breathing heavily.
BOOM! Paul connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Paul lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Paul cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Ivanovich is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Paul has taken his back.
Paul really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Ivanovich.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Paul scores with punches from the back.

Paul is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Ivanovich up.
Paul is looking for the choke from the back position but Ivanovich is controlling his hands well.
Paul is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Ivanovich. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
Paul has good solid back control here.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Paul is working for a rear naked choke. Ivanovich is not defending it well and Paul has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Ivanovich refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Ivanovich's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
