Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bobby Lashley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wolf Ha!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Eddie Farnsworth and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lashley slips a straight right by Ha.
Lashley tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Ha swats away the attempt to clinch by Lashley.
Lashley shoots in for a takedown but Ha shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Lashley takes the fight into the clinch.
Ha lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Ha manages to break the clinch.
Lashley throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ha uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lashley.
Lashley tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ha swivels and escapes.
Lashley is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ha sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Ha scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Bobby Lashley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lashley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ha's waist but Ha gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lashley off to one side.
Ha rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lashley moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lashley shoots for a takedown but Ha saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Lashley is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Ha closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Lashley did well to prevent Ha getting side control.

Ha is trying to work for a kimura but Lashley is defending well.
Lashley knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ha on the ground.

Lashley is breathing heavily.

Lashley wants to improve his position but Ha is controlling well.

Ha is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lashley sees it coming and defends easily.

Ha decides to stand and escape the position.

Lashley shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Lashley was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Ha should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Lashley trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Ha can't escape the position.
Lashley postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ha looks a forlorn figure.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Ha squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Ha working to try and regain half guard.
Lashley working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Lashley can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ha is looking to escape.

Lashley stands up from mount. Strange move.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Wolf Ha will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Lashley tries to clinch up but Ha circles away and keeps his distance.
Lashley throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ha counters with a series of strikes. Lashley will be more careful next time no doubt.

and Lashley counters with a nice double leg into side control. Ha won't be happy with that.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Ha is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Lashley is controlling him well.
Lashley wants to stand but Ha has his arm trapped.

Lashley misses with the ground and pound.

Lashley tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lashley has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Lashley tries to advance to mount but Ha denies him.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Ha throws Lashley to one side and escapes!
Lashley misses with a head kick.
Ha tries to bum rush Lashley with a series of wild strikes but Lashley uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ha circles away from the clinch attempt
and Ha counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ha cracks the inside of Lashley's front leg.
Lashley gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Ha counters with a nice leg kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Lashley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ha fakes the leg kick and cracks Lashley in the body.
Ha fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Ha will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ha misses with a two punch combination.

Lashley misses with a takedown
and Ha makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Lashley really felt that one!
Ha lands the left hand.

Ha shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ha showed some decent athleticism there.
Ha wants to get back to his feet.
Lashley slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wolf Ha showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!

and Ha makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Lashley shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Ha counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Ha is working for a kimura but Lashley is defending it quite comfortably.
Lashley gets full guard.
Lashley is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Lashley looking for a sweep. Not yet Lashley, not yet.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Ha would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Ha trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Ha is fighting to break Lashley's control of his arms but Lashley is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Ha tries to stand but Lashley is controlling from the bottom.

Ha got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lashley has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ha has managed to get both his arms back between Lashley's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Lashley swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ha counters with a three punch combo that has Lashley backing up. Lashley nods at Ha to acknowledge the strikes.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
A short right from Lashley.

Lashley is working for takedown but Ha is calmly controlling the position for now.
Lashley wants a takedown but no success here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Lashley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ha has had enough of the clinch but Lashley keeps him there for the moment.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Ha as Lashley tries to tie him up.

Ha is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Lashley knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Wolf Ha comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Ha winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
