McGee has chosen Angel of Death as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Newsome takes one to the side of the head.
McGee tries to clinch but Newsome is having none of it.
Newsome will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
McGee thuds his shin into the meat of Newsome's side.
Newsome shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Davey Newsome. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McGee defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Newsome.
McGee is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Newsome looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? McGee is fending him off so far but Newsome persists. Nope, McGee circles away and we're back to standing.
Newsome gets cracked there but stands up to it.
McGee throws a quick head kick that knocks Newsome silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! McGee is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
