Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nikko Puhakka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Monkey King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nikko Puhakka looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nikko Puhakka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Monkey King! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Puhakka's guard. King should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. King stopping the sweep attempt from Puhakka. Puhakka controls King momentarily but King frees himself. Puhakka keeping full guard, as King tries to pass. King trying to control the position from guard on top but Puhakka is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. King is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Let's hope that King has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's one minute gone in the round. King drops back looking for a leg! Puhakka is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Puhakka manages to kick King off! King jumps back into Puhakka's guard. Puhakka knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for King on the ground. King trying to control but Puhakka is working from the bottom. King content to stall in guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. King wants to control from the top but Puhakka keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Despite being in the dominant position, Monkey King just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Puhakka throws a wild body kick that King sees coming a mile off. Puhakka is breathing heavily. King avoids the head kick by Puhakka.
King tries to clinch up but Puhakka circles away and keeps his distance. Puhakka swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Puhakka throws a leg kick but King checks it. Puhakka throws a half hearted mid kick. King circles away from the clinch attempt and King counters with a nice double leg into guard. King content to stall in guard here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Puhakka keeping moving, preventing King from controlling successfully. King passes into half guard. Puhakka trying to control here.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. King not doing much here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Monkey King dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
King throws a chopping leg kick but Puhakka manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Puhakka misses with a head kick.
King shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Puhakka manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. King controls the pace of the fight for a moment. King advances position into side control! Puhakka is trying to work for a sweep but King has mounted him! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. King controlling his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. King with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Puhakka is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. King locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Puhakka is forced to tap!
