The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Matheus Silva and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BeatBox misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Murderer thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on BeatBox if he has to take too many more of those.
BeatBox drives through and clinches with Murderer against the cage.
BeatBox stalling.
BeatBox breaks the clinch.
Murderer looks to throw the jab but BeatBox is out of range.

Murderer is wriggling around trying to escape.
BeatBox postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Murderer looks a forlorn figure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
BeatBox trying to control but Murderer is having none of it.
Murderer has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of BeatBox's lack of action.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Still in half guard, BeatBox seems content to control.

Murderer throws a sloppy head kick and BeatBox moves out of range easily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Murderer throws a low kick, looking for BeatBox's leg but BeatBox calmly moves out of range.
Murderer throws a hook but BeatBox blocks it.
BeatBox darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
It looks like BeatBox is going to stand back up.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Murderer is not content to let BeatBox control the position.
BeatBox is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Murderer manages to get to full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
BeatBox looking to sit in guard and control but Murderer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
BeatBox trying to keep a closed guard but Murderer is proving a slippery customer.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Murderer throws a nice head kick!
Murderer lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but BeatBox circles away quickly and effectively.
BeatBox walks into a left hand.
BeatBox shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Murderer lands a head kick. BeatBox smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Axe Murderer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Murderer lands with a thumping leg kick.
Murderer throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for BeatBox, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
