Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Klemen Silcek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rasheed Tyree (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Klemen Silcek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rasheed Tyree!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Franklyn Lucas and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silcek tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Silcek gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Silcek wants to stand and escape but Tyree is having none of it.
Silcek keeping moving, preventing Tyree from controlling successfully.
Silcek is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Tyree controlling from the top position.
Tyree postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Tyree has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Tyree advances to half guard.
Tyree is keen to just control but Silcek is a slippery customer.
Silcek wants to get back to his feet.
Tyree slows the pace down in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tyree trying to control the action but Silcek is working from the bottom.

Tyree is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Silcek sees it coming and defends easily.

Tyree stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Silcek to get to his feet.

Silcek is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Tyree has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silcek is breathing heavily.
Silcek is working to avoid the ground and pound but Tyree connects with a decent elbow.
Tyree wants to control but Silcek is keeping him busy.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Tyree decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Tyree gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Tyree tries to pull guard but Silcek won't allow it.
Silcek gets underhooks to prevent Tyree's takedown attempt.
Silcek is looking to break free of the clinch but Tyree has double underhooks.
Silcek is trying to break free.

Tyree lands a nice knee to the body.
Tyree fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Klemen Silcek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rasheed Tyree.

Silcek's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Tyree swings for the body but Silcek moves out of range.

Silcek clinches up with Tyree and pushes him back against the cage.
Tyree fails to pull guard.

Silcek manages to break the clinch.
Tyree moves in looking to clinch but Silcek pushes him off.
Silcek gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Tyree counters with a takedown into side control.
Silcek wants to get back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Tyree in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Tyree moves into full mount!
Silcek squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
The referee warns Silcek that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Silcek wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Tyree looking to control and managing it successfully.
Tyree is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Silcek can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Tyree punishing his opponent with strikes.
Silcek is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rasheed Tyree dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Tyree doesn't manage to clinch there - Silcek circles away.
Silcek has his takedown stuffed

and Tyree counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Tyree scoring with punches to the head and body.
Tyree won't allow Silcek to get back to his feet.
Tyree slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Tyree works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Silcek pushes Tyree off but Tyree dives into side control.

Tyree tries for a kimura but Silcek is defending well.

Tyree wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Silcek, who protects the arm well.

Silcek is trying to buck Tyree off.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Tyree working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
You can see the frustration on Silcek's face as Tyree controls the position.
Silcek is pushing Tyree's head away, looking to escape. Tyree manages to hold on to the position though.
Tyree landing a few strikes.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Tyree working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Tyree is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Silcek is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Silcek tries to escape but Tyree is in control.

Tyree advances to full mount.
Tyree controlling his opponent.

Silcek bucks Tyree off and manages to get back to his feet!
Silcek circles away from the clinch attempt

and Silcek counters with a takedown into side control.

Silcek decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Tyree shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Tyree showed some decent athleticism there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tyree stops Silcek from getting back to his feet.

Silcek on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Silcek is trying to stand back up but Tyree is controlling him
Silcek wants to stand back up but Tyree manages to pass into side control.

Silcek sneaks out the side door and pushes Tyree away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Tyree looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Silcek manages to escape and get back to his feet!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Tyree counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Tyree is trying to work for a kimura but Silcek is defending well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rasheed Tyree showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Silcek's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Tyree decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Silcek, up you get!

Silcek avoids the head kick by Tyree.
Tyree tries to clinch there but Silcek circles away.
Silcek gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Tyree counters with a nice double leg into side control. Silcek won't be happy with that.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Silcek wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Silcek takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Silcek wants to get back to his feet but Tyree drags him back down.

Tyree decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Silcek throws a head kick that misses.
Silcek blocks the body kick.
Silcek slaps away a takedown attempt from Tyree, before circling back to the center of the mat.

and Tyree counters with a takedown into side control.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Klemen Silcek. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Silcek pushes Tyree away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Tyree gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Silcek takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Silcek is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Tyree is controlling him well.
Rasheed Tyree has got the better of the ground game so far.
Tyree is looking to take a break and control but Silcek is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Silcek bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Silcek throws a sloppy head kick and Tyree moves out of range easily.

Tyree throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Silcek was covering up waiting for the punch and Tyree finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Silcek pushes Tyree off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Silcek is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Tyree asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Silcek explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Tyree avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tyree keeps the fight on the outside.

and Tyree counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Tyree.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Silcek is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Silcek prevents the takedown attempt.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Tyree has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Silcek is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Tyree is looking to break free of the clinch but Silcek has double underhooks.
Klemen Silcek has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Rasheed Tyree is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Silcek stops a takedown attempt from Tyree.

I've got Tyree winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
