Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rickhard Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kayama Soto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rickhard Smith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kayama Soto!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soto throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Smith's waist but Smith gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Soto off to one side.
Soto pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Soto looks to score with a jab to the body but Smith is just out of range.
Soto throws a big shot that misses.
Smith swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Smith blocks a jab.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Smith lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Soto has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Soto and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Smith throws a left that rocks Soto and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Smith dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Soto regain composure!
Soto is rocked!
It looks like Kayama Soto has been cut.
Smith cracks Soto with a big right hand but Soto just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Soto is still in real trouble! Can Smith finish him?
Soto is working to avoid the ground and pound but Smith connects with a decent elbow.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Smith is working to tighten is grip on Soto's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Soto has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Smith is really squeezing tight and eventually Soto passes out! Smith breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Rickhard Smith!
