Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randall Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeff Austin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Randall Martin! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Austin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Martin as he avoids it easily. Martin misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Austin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Austin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Martin. Martin misses with a body shot.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Austin. Martin tries to keep at a distance but Austin has taken the fight into the clinch. Martin blocks a body shot from Austin. Martin fails to pull guard.

Martin tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Austin counters with a nice double leg into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Austin thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Austin is trying to control. Martin wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Martin tries to get to full guard but Austin has control of the leg. Austin trying to control from half guard but Martin is working away. Austin throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Martin is looking to escape.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Nice cross by Martin. Martin lands a really nice looking cross but Austin seems unphased.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Austin moves into the clinch. Martin tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Martin is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Austin pulls him back up using the underhooks. Martin wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Austin changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Martin fights it off and pushes away nicely.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Martin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Martin tries to bum rush Austin with a series of wild strikes but Austin uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Martin looks gassed! Austin closes the distance and clinches up with Martin, looking for a takedown. Austin pushes Martin against the cage but Martin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Martin pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Austin creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Martin's defenses. Martin takes an elbow to the temple. Austin keeps control of Martin as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Austin just misses with a elbow thrown towards Martin's brow. Martin is looking to break free of the clinch but Austin has double underhooks. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Austin.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A head punch on the inside from Austin fails to land. Austin works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Martin seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Martin avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Austin loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Austin slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Martin isn't going anywhere. Martin wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Austin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Martin keeps working. Martin gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Martin is trying to stand up here but Austin is controlling him well. Martin keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Austin wants to take a breather but Martin is having none of it. Austin throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Some wild striking there from Martin.

Randall Martin dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Martin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Austin darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Austin stalling away here and it's allowed Martin to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Martin wants to sweep but no luck. Martin has momentary wrist control but Austin slips an elbow through the middle. Austin in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Austin is in close to Martin's body, working some short punches and elbows. Martin preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Martin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Martin is breathing heavily. Martin is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Austin is controlling him.

Martin utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Austin clinches up with Martin and pushes him back against the cage. Martin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Austin moves in looking to clinch but Martin pushes him off. Austin moves into the clinch. Austin lands a hook that snaps the head of Martin backwards. Austin keeps control of Martin as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Austin misses with a knee to the head. Austin lands a nice knee to the body. Austin is trying to drag Martin to the mat but Martin just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Austin with an attempt at a knee that misses.

A right-left combo lands from Martin. Martin shoots for a takedown but Austin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Martin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Austin lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Martin. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Austin. Austin keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Martin's efforts to push away. Martin tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Austin throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Martin blocks it with crossed arms. Martin lands with a right to the head. Austin wants a takedown.
Martin tries to circle away but Austin has him pinned against the cage. Austin has Martin pressed against the cage, preventing Martin from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Martin has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Martin tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Martin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Martin keeps the fight on the outside. Martin tries to clinch but fails miserably and Austin counters with a shoot takedown. Martin fights it but they end up in guard. Martin managing to control the position. Austin prevents Martin from getting back to his feet. Austin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Austin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Martin utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Austin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Austin throws a strike but Martin rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Martin wants to control from the top but Austin keeps moving.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Martin scores to the head and body with a nice combination! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Martin tries to clinch but Austin moves out of range. Austin on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jeff Austin will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Martin has his hands clasped together around Austin's back. He's all about the action. Austin is just content to waste time from the top position. Martin takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Austin working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Austin controlling from the top position. Austin throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Austin trying to control the position from guard on top but Martin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Austin throws a big right hand that misses. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Martin jabs at Austin's body. Martin tries to land a front kick but Austin steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Martin misses with a low kick.

Martin lands with a nice combination. Austin backs away looking to recover. Martin looks to land a body kick but Austin moved away. Martin scores with a jab to the jaw. Martin throws a series of punches but Austin avoids them all with ease.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Austin won't allow Martin to get back to his feet. Austin trying to control but Martin is working from the bottom. Martin manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Austin moves into range and clinches up with Martin. Austin tries to work over Martin's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Martin working hard to break the clinch. Martin fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Austin utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. A short right from Martin on the inside. Martin on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Randall Martin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Martin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
