Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Joe Hughs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Pritchett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dave Pritchett was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughs lands a high kick!
It looks like Dave Pritchett has been cut.
Pritchett keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Hughs. Pritchett shrugs it off though.
Hughs cracks the inside of Pritchett's front leg.
Pritchett looks for a takedown but Hughs sprawls well.
Pritchett shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hughs pinned against the cage. Hughs gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Pritchett shoots in looking for a takedown. Hughs tries to sprawl out of it but Pritchett keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hughs manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Joe Hughs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dave Pritchett.
Pritchett looks gassed!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Hughs! Pritchett is out on his feet! Hughs rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Pritchett is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Pritchett is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Hughs!
