Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Slaven Donnech (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James Wong will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Slaven Donnech! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, James Wong! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wong keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Donnech fails with a takedown attempt. Wong waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Donnech. James Wong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Donnech steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Wong. Donnech shoots in for a double leg but Wong sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Wong defends it well. Donnech missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Donnech is trying to work for a kimura but Wong is defending well.

Slaven Donnech dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Wong throws a jab when Donnech was well out of range. A right-left combo lands from Wong. Donnech uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Wong. Wong misses with a two punch combination.
Wong does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Donnech changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wong tries to avoid it but Donnech manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wong to the ground. Wong escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Donnech looks for a takedown but Wong sprawls well. Donnech fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Slaven Donnech. That's going to take a lot out of him. Donnech gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Wong looks to throw the jab but Donnech is out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wong lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Donnech uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wong. Donnech shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Wong is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Donnech drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Wong manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Donnech has Wong in his guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wong trying to control but Donnech is working from the bottom. Donnech looking for subs off his back but Wong has passed one foot through into half guard.
Donnech tries to roll over but Wong keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Wong throwing shots but Donnech is blocking nicely. Wong is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Donnech looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Wong blocks the strikes from Donnech.
Donnech is refusing to be controlled, as Wong sits in half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! James Wong comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Wong has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
