Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Seu Braga and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vanhos gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Stone looking to sit in guard and control but Vanhos gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Stone is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Vanhos has gone for a leg lock! Stone slips out almost immediately though and dives into Vanhos's guard.
Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but Vanhos is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Stone trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Vanhos manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Vanhos won't allow Stone to sweep him here.
Vanhos drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Stone manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Vanhos has Stone in his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stone chips away with some ground and pound.
Stone must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Vanhos working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Stone.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but Vanhos is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Stone tries to stand but Vanhos is controlling from the bottom.
Stone chips away with some ground and pound.
Stone stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Vanhos has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Stone manages to get his head free but now Vanhos has transitioned to an armbar! Stone grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Vanhos! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
