Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Omen Greco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isaiah Fowler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Greco comes to the ring accompanied by no legged wrestler owns all. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fowler tries to keep at a distance but Greco has taken the fight into the clinch.
Greco fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Greco keeps control of Fowler as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Greco's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Fowler misses with the combination.
Fowler slips a jab and a cross from Greco.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Fowler lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Greco has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Greco and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Greco drives through and clinches with Fowler against the ropes.
Greco looking for a takedown.
Greco could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Fowler pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

and Greco counters with a takedown into side control.
Greco stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Fowler moves out of range as Greco throws a body kick.
Fowler connects with a solid leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fowler throws a series of punches but Greco moves out of range.
Fowler misses with a body kick.
Fowler lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Fowler.
It looks like Omen Greco has been cut.

Fowler is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Greco.

and Greco counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Fowler's guard now.

Greco shoots in for a takedown but Fowler shows good takedown defense.

Fowler throws a series of punches but Greco moves out of range.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Fowler has a couple of punches blocked by Greco.
Fowler blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Fowler drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

That was a close round but I would say that Omen Greco will probably get the nod.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Greco drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Greco has control of an arm but Fowler manages to advance to Greco's back!
Greco rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Fowler thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Greco's head.
Fowler thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Greco to regain full guard.
Fowler stops Greco from standing up.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Greco looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fowler is one step ahead there.
Fowler has gone for a leg lock! Greco slips out almost immediately though and dives into Fowler's guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Fowler escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Greco gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Fowler is breathing heavily.
Greco forces his way into half guard.
Greco looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Greco is trying to control. Fowler wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Fowler flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Fowler is trying to stand up here but Greco is controlling him well.

Fowler gets back to full guard.
Greco is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Greco with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Greco is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Greco's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Greco cracks Fowler with a solid left hand.
Greco wants to pass the guard but Fowler is keeping the position.
Greco has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Greco tries to move to mount but Fowler blocks the move with his legs.

Fowler is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Greco off and has taken his back!
Greco is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Fowler gets his way!

Fowler cracks Greco with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Fowler attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Fowler throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fowler lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Greco shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fowler manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Greco might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Fowler is looking for a triangle here but Greco uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Greco lands a few punches from side control.
Fowler takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Greco scores with a couple of short elbows.

Fowler tries to improve position but can't.
Greco decides to stand back up.

so Greco counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Fowler is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Greco has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Greco!

Omen Greco overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Fowler throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Greco escapes and throws Fowler's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Fowler is working to avoid the ground and pound but Greco connects with a decent elbow.
Fowler is looking to regain half guard here but Greco keeps moving and retains side control.
Fowler is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Fowler is pushing Greco's head away, looking to escape. Greco manages to hold on to the position though.
Greco decides to stand back up. Greco steps back and let's Fowler get back to his feet.
Greco tries to close the distance and clinch but Fowler swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Fowler gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Greco, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
