Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rod Pucak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yocanna Tuchdis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rod Pucak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Yocanna Tuchdis! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Summer Carpenter and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pucak stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pucak wants it to stay on the feet. Tuchdis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Pucak shoots in for a takedown and gets it. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Tuchdis looking for submissions off his back. Pucak is trying to control. Tuchdis wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Tuchdis is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Pucak's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Pucak's back! Tuchdis doesn't have the hooks in and Pucak manages to turn into his guard.
Tuchdis working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pucak doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pucak manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Pucak slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tuchdis tries to buck Pucak off but Pucak is having none of it. Tuchdis takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pucak trying to control the position but Tuchdis is working away. Pucak scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Tuchdis to see if he's OK. Pucak working away. Pucak is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Tuchdis has escaped the position, nice work there. Pucak tries to advance to mount but can't. Tuchdis is looking for a sweep. Pucak working away. Pucak has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Tuchdis! Tuchdis is desperately trying to improve his position but Pucak has a good base and remains in mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tuchdis looks gassed! Tuchdis squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Pucak looking for a guillotine from mount but Tuchdis is having none of it. Tuchdis can't escape the position.
Pucak raining down shots from the mount! Pucak wants to control the pace but Tuchdis is squirming around nicely. Pucak with shots to the head and body - Tuchdis looks very uncomfortable down there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pucak controlling from the full mount. Pucak has hold of Tuchdis's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Tuchdis manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Pucak looking to control but Tuchdis is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Tuchdis is in a horrible position here. Pucak smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Tuchdis working to try and regain half guard.
BOOM! Pucak connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Tuchdis takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tuchdis is working to get back to half guard.
Pucak scoring with strikes but Tuchdis is staying in there. Pucak looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Pucak with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Tuchdis tries to reverse the position but Pucak maintains control. Tuchdis is bucking up trying to escape but Pucak cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Tuchdis is desperately trying to improve his position but Pucak has a good base and remains in mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rod Pucak dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Tuchdis tries to clinch there but Pucak circles away.
Tuchdis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Pucak counters with a nice double leg into side control. Tuchdis won't be happy with that. Pucak is chipping away with strikes.
A lull in the action here as Pucak stalls from top position. Tuchdis tries to bench press Pucak off him but Pucak keeps the position. Pucak wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tuchdis keeps working. Pucak is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Tuchdis knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Tuchdis tries to improve position but can't. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pucak in side control lands a decent elbow. Rod Pucak overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pucak tries to move into full mount but can't pass Tuchdis's legs. Tuchdis tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Pucak wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Tuchdis is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Pucak has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Pucak gets a takedown into half guard. Tuchdis wants to get back to full guard. Pucak stands up and beckons Tuchdis to join him on the feet. Tuchdis misses with a takedown and Pucak counters with a single leg into guard. Tuchdis didn't expect that.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pucak sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tuchdis's guard. Tuchdis wants to improve his position but Pucak is controlling well.
Pucak in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Tuchdis tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Pucak!
