Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Niko Bellic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Self (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bellic comes to the cage accompanied by My Time. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Niko Bellic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Don Self! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Self displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bellic throws out the jab. Bellic throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Self fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Self takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Bellic wants to clinch up but Self keeps it at a distance. Self bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bellic's head. Self avoids a punch combination nicely.

Bellic shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Self defends it nicely. Bellic gets a takedown into half guard. Bellic thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Self's head. Bellic wants to control but Self is keeping him busy. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bellic in particular looking to stall. That's one minute gone in the round. Self moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Bellic loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Bellic throwing strikes from guard but Self blocks nicely. Bellic in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Self is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Self thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bellic's head. Self tries to pass to full mount but Bellic defends it. Still in half guard, Self seems content to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bellic is looking to improve his position.
Self is trying to control the action in half guard but Bellic is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Self not landing any meaningful shots this time. Self throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Self wants to take a breather but Bellic is having none of it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Self pushes Bellic up against the cage in a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Self is pressed up against the cage. Bellic has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Self down to the mat. Self avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Bellic misses with a wild combination.
Bellic looks to land a combination but Self avoids it well. Self moves in looking to clinch but Bellic pushes him off. Self showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bellic.
Self drives through with a takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bellic looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Self stays in close to Bellic's body and controls the position. Self advances to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bellic is staying active underneath Self, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Self escapes and gets back to his feet. Self showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bellic.
Bellic fails miserably with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Niko Bellic. That's going to take a lot out of him. A cross from Bellic lands. Bellic thows a body shot but no joy. Bellic misses with a takedown and Self counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bellic thinking. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Don Self dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Niko Bellic. That's going to take a lot out of him. Self looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Self is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Bellic has a closed guard, preventing Self from standing up. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bellic keeping moving, preventing Self from controlling successfully. Self might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bellic kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Self stands and steps away. Bellic gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Niko Bellic is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bellic gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Bellic closes the distance but Self moves to the side and Self holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bellic goes for a takedown in the clinch but Self prevents it.
Self wants to break the clinch but can't.
Bellic has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Self is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Self prevents a takedown attempt there.

Bellic goes for a takedown in the clinch but Self prevents it.
Bellic is working for takedown but Self is calmly controlling the position for now. Bellic has Self pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Bellic pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Self tumbling to the mat - Bellic dives into Self's guard. Self manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Self with shots to the head and body - Bellic looks very uncomfortable down there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Self lands a nice shot to the head. Bellic prevents Self from taking his back. Self content just to control the position here. Self putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Self wants to control the pace but Bellic is squirming around nicely. Self sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Self can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bellic is looking to escape. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Don Self showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Bellic moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Bellic feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Self sprawling to the canvas! Self rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bellic finish him?!
Self is rocked!
It looks like Don Self has been cut. Bellic misses with a jab, cross combination.

Self is still on wobbly legs! Can Bellic finish him? Bellic grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Self takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Bellic cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
