Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Mcloed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Novikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Victor Novikov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kyle Mcloed! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Victor Novikov! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksandr Martynov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcloed is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Mcloed fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mcloed takes a body punch but keeps moving. Mcloed tries to clinch up but Novikov circles away and keeps his distance. Mcloed takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Mcloed pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mcloed changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Novikov tries to avoid it but Mcloed manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Novikov to the ground. Novikov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Novikov moves into range and connects with a jab. Mcloed closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Victor Novikov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mcloed walks into a left hand. Novikov scores with a nice right hand.
Mcloed shoots in but no luck this time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kyle Mcloed. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mcloed throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Novikov lands a jab. Mcloed is looking to clinch but Novikov is avoiding it.
Novikov lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcloed tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Mcloed swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Novikov counters with a three punch combo that has Mcloed backing up. Mcloed nods at Novikov to acknowledge the strikes. Mcloed clinches but Novikov breaks the clinch and Novikov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Mcloed gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Novikov. Mcloed shoots for a double leg takedown but Novikov sprawls well. He's pushed Mcloed's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Novikov connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Mcloed tumbling to the canvas! Novikov pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Mcloed was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Victor Novikov!
