The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Druida is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Garcia throws a right and a left that both miss.
Druida doesn't manage to clinch there - Garcia circles away.
A punch combination from Garcia misses.
Druida moves in looking to clinch but Garcia pushes him off.
The fight stays on the outside here - Druida looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
New Druida seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Druida slips a jab and a cross from Garcia.
Druida shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Garcia lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Druida backs up against the cage.
Horrible takedown by Druida or perhaps it was just good defense by Garcia which made him look bad.
Garcia keeps the fight on the outside.

Garcia scores with a one two! Druida had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Garcia lands with a nice combination. Druida backs away looking to recover.
Druida goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Druida throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Casseus Garcia is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Druida shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Garcia sprawls well. Garcia wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Druida gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for New Druida. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Garcia lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Druida!
Garcia tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.

Garcia is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Garcia extends the arm and Druida is forced to tap!
