Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Henry Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Ung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kevin Ung has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Henry Reed! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kevin Ung! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Paulo Santos and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reed scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Kevin Ung has been cut. Reed smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Reed scores with a three punch combo!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Reed looks to land a right hand but Ung moved out of range. Ung ducks straight into an uppercut from Reed and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Ung manages to regain guard straight away.
That has opened up Kevin Ung's cut even more. Reed drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Ung dives on top into guard. Ung landing some decent shots from guard. Reed is looking for a triangle here but Ung uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Reed wants to control but Ung postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ung trying to control the action but Reed is working from the bottom. Reed tries to bench press Ung off him but Ung keeps the position. Reed can't do much from the bottom here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Reed is trying to work for a sweep but Ung has mounted him! Reed tries to get back to half guard but can't. Ung looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Ung trying to control but he's not successful this time. Ung wants to get back to his feet but Reed is holding on tight.
Reed is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Reed tries to hold on but Ung pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ung tries to control but Reed wriggling away. Reed tries to hold on but Ung pushes him away. Ung with good strikes from the mount here! Ung wants to finish this one by submission but Reed is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Ung. Reed is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Reed is working hard here to advance position. Reed wants to control but Ung is having none of it. Reed keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Ung controlling the pace for now. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Henry Reed dominated that round. The cut man is working on Kevin Ung's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Ung uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Reed. Reed looks to throw the jab but Ung is out of range. No joy there for Reed, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Reed throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ung. Reed misses with a body shot.
Nice uppercut there from Reed. Ung looks for a takedown but Reed sprawls well. Nice takedown defense from Reed. No joy for Ung on that attempt. Reed lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Nice shot by Reed.
The cut above Kevin Ung's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Reed defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ung. Henry Reed has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Ung.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ung walks into a straight right hand from Reed. Ung is trying hard to land a takedown here. Reed sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Reed bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Ung's head backwards.
Kevin Ung's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. A swing and a miss from Reed. Reed throws a jab but it's blocked by Ung. Reed tries to bum rush Ung with a series of wild strikes but Ung uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Reed misses with a hook. Reed throws out a loose jab but Ung uses good head movement to avoid it. Ung tries to clinch up but Reed circles away and keeps his distance. Ung tries to score a power double leg takedown but Reed sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ung somewhat. Reed moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kevin Ung's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Henry Reed!
