Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alberto Lin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lin comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ontlogy kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be fireworks!

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones scores with a takedown into Lin's guard.
Jones drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jones jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Lin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lin is looking to stand up but Jones isn't so interested in that idea.

Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lin's waist but Lin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side.

Lin connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Jones shoots in but no luck this time.
Jones moves out of range of the leg kick from Lin.

Jones looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lin is fending him off so far but Jones persists. Nope, Lin circles away and we're back to standing.
Jones looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Lin!
Lin tries to lock up and control but Jones gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Jones has hold of Lin's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Lin manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Lin's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Jones is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Lin is surviving well by controlling Jones's body position as best he can.

Jones is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Lin can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
