The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis walks into a jab.
Jones shoots for a takedown but Davis saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Jones on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Davis. Davis obviously looking to wear him down.
Jones looks gassed!
Davis dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Davis fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jones sprawls well initially but Davis persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Davis uses his free foot to push down on Jones's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Jones.

Davis is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Davis!
