Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tapmaster Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Storm has chosen Imperiet - Var e vargen as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as John Storm enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tapmaster Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Storm! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Storm tries to avoid it but Gracie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Storm to the ground. Storm escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Storm misses with a series of wild punches.
Storm throws a series of punches but Gracie moves out of range. A left lands for Storm. No luck for Gracie with that takedown attempt. Storm misses with the combination.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but Storm shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tapmaster Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Storm lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Storm.
It looks like Tapmaster Gracie has been cut. Nice takedown defense from Storm. No joy for Gracie on that attempt. Gracie gets the takedown into side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! You can see the frustration on Storm's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Gracie tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gracie has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Gracie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Storm, who protects the arm well. Gracie is breathing heavily. Storm is trying to control Gracie's posture but Gracie avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Gracie looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Storm sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Gracie is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Storm is just riding it out for now. Gracie eventually gives up the hold. Gracie trying to mount his opponent but Storm defends it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Gracie is thwarting Storm's attempts to control the position. Storm has one foot on Gracie's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Gracie is trying hard to land a takedown here. Storm sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Storm throws a series of punches but Gracie moves out of range. John Storm is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Gracie dives in and grabs Storm's left leg, looking for a takedown. Storm pushes down on Gracie's head and hops out. Storm misses with a jab, cross combination.
Gracie takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Gracie with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Storm to score with a decent uppercut. Gracie fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Storm avoids it really well and circles away. Gracie slips a jab and a cross from Storm.
Gracie fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Storm connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Gracie's hands. Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Storm sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Gracie avoids a punch combination nicely.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm cracks Gracie with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Gracie takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Gracie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Storm throws out the jab. Storm rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gracie moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Storm throws a right and a left that both miss. Storm is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Gracie had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Storm throws out a powerful jab. Gracie shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Storm sprawls well. Storm wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet. Storm throws a big shot that misses. Gracie closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gracie lands in his opponent's guard. Gracie has gone for a leg lock! Storm slips out almost immediately though and dives into Gracie's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Storm would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gracie bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Storm's guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Storm can do anything to dispel that myth. Gracie drops back, looking for a kneebar! Storm looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Storm looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Storm! Storm decides to stand back up. Storm scores to the head and body with a nice combination! A jab from Storm finds it's way through Gracie's defenses. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. No joy there for Storm, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Storm misses with a hook. Storm lands an overhand right. Storm tries to bum rush Gracie with a series of wild strikes but Gracie uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Nice defenses there by Gracie. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Storm dominated that round. The cut man is working on Tapmaster Gracie's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gracie drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Storm dives on top into guard. Storm trying to stand up but can't free himself from Gracie's guard. Gracie working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Storm doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Storm manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Storm gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Storm misses with a wild combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Storm. Gracie closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Storm is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Gracie is controlling him well. Storm really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Storm tries to improve position but can't. Gracie working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Storm is looking for a sweep. Gracie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Tapmaster Gracie overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Storm is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Gracie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gracie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Storm keeping moving, preventing Gracie from controlling successfully. Gracie advances to half guard.

Storm is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Gracie's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Gracie's back! Storm controls the position. Storm wants to control but Gracie is keeping busy. Gracie manages to reverse the position and now he's in Storm's guard. Nice work there by Gracie.
Gracie stands and throws Storm's legs to the side, diving into side control. Storm is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Gracie off and has taken his back! A lull in the action here.

Tapmaster Gracie dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Tapmaster Gracie's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Donk. Storm catches Gracie right on the button with a cross. Gracie gets a takedown into half guard. Gracie maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Storm could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Gracie has cracked it and Storm is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Gracie!
