Nero comes to the cage accompanied by Ennio Morricone - Vamos amatar companeros. Franco Nero could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Michael Uichico's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uichico throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nero's waist but Nero gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Uichico off to one side.
Uichico darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Uichico escapes and gets back to his feet.
Nero misses the jab.
Nero scores with a hook to the body. Uichico takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Nero lands with a cross.
Nero cracks Uichico with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Nero has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Uichico to stand back up!
Uichico is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Uichico walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Nero swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
