The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Etim avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Death swats away the attempt to clinch by Etim.
Death tries to bum rush Etim with a series of wild strikes but Etim uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A combination from Death does no damage.
Etim throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Terry Etim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Death thuds a left hand into Etim's body.
Etim has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Terry Etim has been cut.

Etim scores a takedown into full mount!

Etim with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Etim working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Death turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Etim off and cradles Death's limp body as Etim celebrates with his corner.
