The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kirby shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gregovieich sprawls well. Gregovieich wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kirby gets slowly back to his feet.
Gregovieich slaps away a takedown attempt from Kirby, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Kirby tries to close the distance and clinch but Gregovieich swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Gregovieich throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kirby moves in looking to clinch but Gregovieich pushes him off.
Gregovieich missing with a left hand there. Kirby was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Gregovieich throws a series of punches but Kirby avoids them all with ease.

Gregovieich rushes Kirby with punches - Kirby moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Kirby goes down! Gregovieich follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
