2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Martin! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Joseph Jones and Jonathan Paton.

Martin throws a right and a left that Foster avoids nicely. Foster throws a hook but Martin blocks it. Foster tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Martin paws at him with a jab and circles away. Some wild striking there from Foster.
Michael Martin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Foster walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

It looks like Ben Foster has been cut. A punch combination from Foster misses. Foster bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Martin lands a big head kick that sends Foster tumbling to the mat! Martin takes a step backwards and waves Foster back to his feet - he wants the finish! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Foster tries for a takedown but Martin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Martin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Foster was well out of range. Poor timing from Martin. Martin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Martin wants it to stay on the feet. A looping hook to the body misses from Foster. Martin does a little dance to reset his feet.
