The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Emerson Jorge and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Libris throws a right and a left that Jorge avoids nicely.
Libris tries to bum rush Jorge with a series of wild strikes but Jorge uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Libris rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jorge moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Libris scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Everaldo Jorge has been cut.
No joy there for Libris, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jorge moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Libris misses with a wild body shot.
Libris thows a body shot but no joy.
Libris slaps away a takedown attempt from Jorge, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Libris just misses with a punch to the body.
Libris fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Libris wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jorge misses with a body kick.
A nice combination there by Libris.

The crowd cheers as Libris lands an impressive looking overhand right. Jorge doesn't seem phased though.

Jorge takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Libris digs a good hook to Jorge's body.
Rex Libris is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jorge walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Libris connects with the punch.

Libris cracks Jorge with a left hook right on the temple and Jorge goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Libris lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Jorge is OK!
