The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Felipe Paraventi and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mueller misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Fuhrmann shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mueller's guard.
Mueller can't keep his opponent in guard - Fuhrmann advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Fuhrmann is looking for a kimura but Mueller is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Fuhrmann to get the leverage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mueller tries to get to full guard but Fuhrmann has control of the leg.

Fuhrmann is looking to take a break and control but Mueller is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Fuhrmann could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Fuhrmann dives in and grabs Mueller's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mueller pushes down on Fuhrmann's head and hops out.
Mueller lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Good leg kick by Mueller there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Fuhrmann stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Mueller.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mueller throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Fuhrmann is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

A solid leg kick lands there for Mueller.

Fuhrmann stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Mueller.
Mueller feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Fuhrmann's calf.
Mueller throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Fuhrmann takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
A nice inside leg kick there by Mueller. That's going to slow Fuhrmann down.

Fuhrmann tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
