Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between X XW (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

XW looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
XW seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
XW uses his free foot to push down on Roberts's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Roberts.
Roberts is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

XW working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

XW is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Roberts is surviving well by controlling XW's body position as best he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

XW swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Roberts is now in XW's guard. A big mistake from XW there, giving up the dominant position!
XW looking for a sweep. Not yet XW, not yet.
Roberts really doesn't want to stay on the ground with XW. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

XW had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Roberts defends it easily.
Roberts trying to stand up but can't free himself from XW's guard.
XW utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
XW avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
XW trying to control the position here.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Roberts throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as XW works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
XW could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

XW looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Roberts missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

XW looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Roberts is defending well. XW quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Roberts has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! XW celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
