The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kojack bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kojack. Santander does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kojack circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kojack scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Santander clinches.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Kojack.
Santander tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kojack smiles and moves away.

A head kick from Santander lands but Kojack takes it in his stride.

Santander closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kojack to the mat! Kojack manages to get full guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kojack can do anything to dispel that myth.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Santander is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Santander drops back looking for a leg! Kojack is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kojack manages to kick Santander off! Santander jumps back into Kojack's guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Santander changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kojack looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Kojack is trying to control Santander's posture but Santander avoids it.
Santander wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kojack, who protects the arm well.
Santander is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kojack knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Santander moves forwards but Kojack connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Kojack uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Santander keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kojack stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kojack wants it to stay on the feet.

Squat Kojack showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Noli Santander seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Santander shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kojack sprawls well. Kojack wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Santander gets slowly back to his feet.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
