Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Norris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Alkofer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chris Alkofer is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Chuck Norris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Chris Alkofer! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Luis Engracia and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Norris shoots in and drives through. Alkofer sprawls well. Norris tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Norris pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Norris throws a head kick but Alkofer moves out of range.
Norris tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Norris looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Norris slaps away a takedown attempt from Alkofer, before circling back to the center of the mat. A head kick misses from Norris. Alkofer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Alkofer moves out of range of the body kick. Alkofer looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Alkofer gets to his feet. Norris looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! A head kick misses from Norris. Norris is breathing heavily. Norris misses with an uppercut. Alkofer saw that one coming. Alkofer moves out of range of the body kick from Norris.
Norris gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Alkofer to score an easy takedown into full guard. Alkofer is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alkofer stopping the sweep attempt from Norris. Alkofer passes into half guard. Alkofer is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Alkofer trying to pass the guard but Norris defending well. Norris trying to control from the bottom.
Alkofer looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Norris is trying to control but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Norris is trying to stand back up but Alkofer is controlling him
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Alkofer avoids the head kick by Norris.
Alkofer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Alkofer is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Norris wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Alkofer is now in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Alkofer slows the pace down in half guard. Alkofer prevents Norris from improving his position. Alkofer is controlling the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chris Alkofer dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Norris throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Alkofer shoots and misses and Norris counters by clinching up. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Alkofer. Alkofer trying to land knees to the body.
Alkofer has Norris pressed against the cage, preventing Norris from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Alkofer content to slow the pace in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Norris wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Alkofer is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Norris jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Alkofer walks away with a smile on his face. Norris gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Norris with a poor takedown and Alkofer counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Norris is looking for a sweep. Alkofer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Alkofer keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Norris is refusing to be controlled, as Alkofer sits in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Alkofer is thwarting Norris's attempts to control the position. Alkofer prevents Norris from improving his position. Alkofer is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Alkofer wants to work for an arm triangle but Norris is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Norris is trying to stand up here but Alkofer is controlling him well. Norris has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Alkofer is working away from the top position though.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Alkofer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Norris sneaks back into half guard. Alkofer wants to work for an arm triangle but Norris is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Alkofer stops Norris from getting back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Alkofer in particular looking to stall. Alkofer wants to pass to mount but Norris is defending the position. Alkofer is thwarting Norris's attempts to control the position. Alkofer controlling the action here. Norris tries to kick Alkofer off in order to stand up. Alkofer Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chris Alkofer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Norris pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Chuck Norris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Alkofer takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Norris throws a sloppy head kick and Alkofer counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Norris wants to stand but Alkofer is controlling the position. Chris Alkofer has got the better of the ground game so far. Alkofer slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Alkofer won't allow Norris to sweep him here. Norris might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Norris is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Alkofer passes into half guard. Alkofer is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Norris wants to get back to full guard but Alkofer has mounted him! Alkofer looking for a guillotine from mount but Norris is having none of it. Alkofer controlling from the full mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Alkofer unloading with bombs! Alkofer working Norris over with strikes here. Norris wants to hold on but Alkofer pushes him away. Norris wants to try and get back to his feet. Alkofer is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Norris can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Norris is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alkofer lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Norris sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Alkofer thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Norris kicks Alkofer off and gets back to his feet. Chuck Norris has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Chuck Norris is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Norris has his takedown stuffed and Alkofer counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Norris won't allow Alkofer to pass to mount. Norris is trying to stand.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Alkofer thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Norris's head. Norris wants to control but Alkofer is keeping busy and won't allow it. Norris wants to get back to full guard. Alkofer thows a huge punch but Norris dodges it nicely.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Norris throws a head kick that misses and Alkofer counters with a single leg into guard. Norris didn't expect that. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Alkofer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Norris swivels though and keeps the full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Chris Alkofer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Alkofer winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
