Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Angus Mortlock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Watts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Watts comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Domination by Pantera kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jackson Watts will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jackson Watts!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watts fails to land with a series of punches.
Mortlock fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mortlock fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Watts avoids it really well and circles away.
Mortlock misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mortlock.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Angus Mortlock. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Watts throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mortlock shoots in and bounces Watts off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Mortlock controls from within his opponent's guard.
Mortlock trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Watts manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Watts prevents Mortlock from getting back to his feet.

Watts postures up and lands a big shot to Mortlock's brow.
Mortlock wants to get back to his feet but Watts passes into half guard.
Mortlock blocking the ground and pound attempt from Watts.

Mortlock makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mortlock is defended easily by Watts.
Mortlock shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Watts pinned against the cage. Watts gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mortlock will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mortlock is breathing heavily.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Watts. Mortlock shrugs it off though.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Watts throws a nice looking combination but Mortlock bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Watts drops Mortlock with a left and a right! Oh, Mortlock is hurt - Watts dives into side control looking to finish!
Mortlock is rocked!
It looks like Angus Mortlock has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Watts lands a big left to the face of Mortlock, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Watts and another - Mortlock is out! Watts stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jackson Watts!
