Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Tip (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and thomas vodar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying vodar's choice of entrance music: holy diver. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tip keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
vodar throws a sloppy head kick and Tip moves out of range easily.
Dan Tip seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tip scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
vodar misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Tip looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
vodar is looking to escape.

Tip wants to work for an arm triangle but vodar is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Tip is pressing down on vodar's thigh, looking to free his foot. vodar is holding on for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Tip is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and vodar defends it well.
vodar pushes Tip off looking to stand but Tip dives back in and keeps control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Tip tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but vodar swivels and escapes.
Tip is breathing heavily.
vodar fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Tip fails to land the takedown.
Nice sprawl there from vodar as Tip shoots in.

vodar tries to bum rush Tip with a series of wild strikes but Tip uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
vodar tries to clinch there but Tip circles away.
Tip shoots for a takedown but vodar saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
vodar looks to land a combination. Tip sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
vodar misses with a straight right.
vodar throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
vodar pulls out of a head kick attempt.
vodar throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Tip.

It looks like Dan Tip has been cut.
Tip shoots in for a double leg but vodar sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Tip has control of vodar's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and vodar regains control of the situation pretty easily.
vodar wants to control but Tip is having none of it.

Tip looking for a guillotine from mount but vodar is having none of it.

Tip looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
vodar wants to try and get back to his feet.

vodar wants to hold on but Tip pushes him away.

Tip wants to finish this one by submission but vodar is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Tip.

Tip has hold of vodar's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and vodar manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Tip goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now vodar is on top in guard.
Tip looking for a sweep. Not yet Tip, not yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

vodar is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Tip has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. vodar is looking to defend but Tip has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for vodar! Tip pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, vodar taps out and this one is all over!
