Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hozumi Hasegawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peeta Mellark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hasegawa kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is On the Eve of War - Jedi Mind Tricks. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mellark uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hasegawa has time to react.
Mellark bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Mellark lands a nice shot to the body.
A swing and a miss from Hasegawa.
Nice jab there from Mellark.
Mellark scores with a hook.
Hasegawa misses with a looping left.
Hasegawa scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Hasegawa dances in with a quick combination. Mellark is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Hasegawa snaps Mellark's head back. Mellark stumbles backwards against the cage. Hasegawa steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Mellark's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Mellark just didn't come prepared.
