Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chung Leoara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryu Mishima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mishima is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Tokyo Drift by Teriyaki Boyz. Chung Leoara could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ryu Mishima's chin.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leoara darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Leoara is trying to control. Mishima wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Mishima is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Leoara to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Leoara shrugs it off.

Leoara got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mishima has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Leoara has managed to get both his arms back between Mishima's legs - danger averted.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mishima wants to work for an arm triangle but Leoara is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Chung Leoara is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
