And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dawson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Markiewicz avoids a punch combination nicely.
Dawson misses with a straight right.
Dawson wants to clinch up but Markiewicz keeps it at a distance.
Dawson scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Cory Markiewicz has been cut.
Markiewicz tries to keep at a distance but Dawson has taken the fight into the clinch.
Markiewicz throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Dawson blocks it with crossed arms.
Markiewicz jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dawson walks away with a smile on his face. Markiewicz gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Markiewicz tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Markiewicz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dawson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dawson wants to clinch up but Markiewicz keeps it at a distance.
Markiewicz is looking to clinch.
Dawson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Dawson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Markiewicz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Markiewicz wants to clinch.
Markiewicz shoots in for a takedown but Dawson shows good takedown defense.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dawson misses with a wild body shot.
Dawson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Markiewicz - that will leave a mark!
Dawson misses with a two punch combination.
Dawson is breathing heavily.
Dawson closes the distance and clinches up with Markiewicz, looking for a takedown. Dawson pushes Markiewicz against the cage but Markiewicz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dawson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Markiewicz tries to grapple but his opponent circles
so Dawson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Markiewicz is trying to keep Dawson in close.
Dawson won't allow Markiewicz to sweep him here.
Dawson drops back looking for a leg! Markiewicz is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Markiewicz manages to kick Dawson off! Dawson jumps back into Markiewicz's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Markiewicz is looking for a triangle but Dawson pushes his legs off easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Markiewicz looking to control.
Markiewicz pushes Dawson off and scrambles back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Markiewicz fails with an attempt to clinch.
Markiewicz bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dawson's head backwards.
Markiewicz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dawson manages to avoid it.
Markiewicz lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Dawson crumples to the floor! Markiewicz milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
