Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bald Bull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Hayes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jacob Hayes will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bald Bull! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jacob Hayes! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bull shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hayes sprawls well. Hayes wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bull gets slowly back to his feet. Hayes connects with a single shot there. Hayes misses with a few strikes there.
Bull avoids a punch combination nicely.

Nice takedown defense from Hayes. No joy for Bull on that attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bull dives in and grabs Hayes's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hayes pushes down on Bull's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bald Bull. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hayes throws a right and a left that both miss. Horrible takedown by Bull or perhaps it was just good defense by Hayes which made him look bad. Bull fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bull takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hayes stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hayes wants it to stay on the feet. Bull looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Hayes! Hayes is in a horrible position here. Bull smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hayes tries to hold on but Bull pushes him away. Hayes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bull. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hayes in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Bull can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hayes is looking to escape. Bull pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Hayes is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hayes wants to hold on but Bull pushes him away. Bull looking to finish Hayes with some ground and pound. This is bad for Hayes! Hayes takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bull lands a big elbow. Hayes wants to hold on but Bull pushes him away. Hayes is desperately trying to improve his position but Bull has a good base and remains in mount. Bull working the ground and pound effectively.
Bull takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Hayes is wriggling around trying to escape.

It looks like Jacob Hayes has been cut. Hayes slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Hayes on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bull lands with a punch from half guard. Hayes looks like he's trying to stand up.
Hayes avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bull. Bull lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Bull missing with the ground and pound from half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bull connects with a nice short shot to Hayes's temple. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bull scoring with strikes to the body and head. Bull is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Bull lands with some strikes. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bull raining down shots from the mount! Bull pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That has opened up Jacob Hayes's cut even more. Hayes is trying to stand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bald Bull dominated that round. The cut man is working on Jacob Hayes's cut. That's time! Bull's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Hayes tries to bum rush Bull with a series of wild strikes but Bull uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Bull fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bald Bull is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bull has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hayes finds it's way round the side to connect with Bull's head. Bull moves into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bull stalling.
Bull is working for takedown but Hayes is calmly controlling the position for now. Bull goes for a takedown in the clinch but Hayes prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bald Bull. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hayes pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Bull shoots in but Hayes avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. A left and a right from Hayes both land. Nice combination. Jacob Hayes is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bull looks for a takedown but Hayes sprawls well. Hayes misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bull.
Hayes will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Bull shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hayes pinned against the cage. Hayes gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Bull uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hayes. Hayes just misses with a punch to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bull decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Bull prevents Hayes from improving his position. Hayes is looking to control Bull's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hayes avoid being mounted? Bull seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hayes does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Bull lands with a punch from half guard.
The cut above Jacob Hayes's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Bull working Hayes over with strikes. Bull is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Jacob Hayes's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jacob Hayes's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Bald Bull!
