Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Reis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Pritchett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reis comes to the cage accompanied by Superbeast - Rob Zombie. Pritchett has chosen Protect your neck as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Paulo Reis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Pritchett! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Atkins and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reis shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Pritchett manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Pritchett escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Reis gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Reis sitting in guard, not really doing much. Reis tries to free his leg and advance position but Pritchett is retaining full guard. Pritchett is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Reis is aware though and is defending well. Reis sitting in guard here, content to control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pritchett had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Reis defends it easily. Reis looking to pass the guard. Reisis looking to pass into half guard but Pritchett pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Pritchett is in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pritchett gets to his feet - Reis follows without any prompting. Chris Pritchett is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Reis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pritchett circles away. Reis scores a takedown into full mount! Reis takes Pritchett's back. Reis working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Pritchett prevents Reis from getting a body triangle. Pritchett manages to reverse the position and now he's in Reis's guard. Nice work there by Pritchett.
Pritchett thows a big elbow that misses. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Pritchett accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Pritchett trying to control the position from guard on top but Reis is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Reis manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pritchett manages to get himself to full guard.
Reis is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pritchett wants to sweep here but Reis controlling him for the moment. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Reis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Reis slips nicely into half guard. Reis blocks the strikes from Pritchett.
Pritchett looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Reis is trying to control the action in half guard but Pritchett is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pritchett blocking the ground and pound attempt from Reis. Reis trying to control from half guard but Pritchett is working away.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Reis dips to his left and cracks Pritchett with an uppercut! Pritchett throws a lazy right hand but Reis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Reis is defended easily by Pritchett. Reis tries for a takedown but Pritchett sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paulo Reis. That's going to take a lot out of him. Reis closes the distance and clinches up with Pritchett, looking for a takedown. Reis pushes Pritchett against the cage but Pritchett circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Reis takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Reis thows a left - swing and a miss! Paulo Reis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Pritchett.

Pritchett is looking to clinch but Reis is avoiding it.
Pritchett scores with the left hand. Reis knows he should have avoided that one. Pritchett drives through and clinches with Reis against the cage.
Pritchett gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Reis.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pritchett scores with an uppercut up the middle. Pritchett scores with a shot to the side of Reis's head. Pritchett is trying to maintain a safe position but Reis gets an underhook and turns Pritchett into the cage. Reis is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Pritchett gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Pritchett content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Pritchett throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Pritchett working some nice short punches in the clinch. Pritchett digs a right hand underneath Reis's ribcage. Reis let out a lung full of air as it connected. Pritchett throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Reiss head. A short right from Pritchett. A quick uppercut on the inside from Pritchett. Pritchett makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Reis has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Pritchett avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Pritchett lands with a left to the head. Pritchett gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Paulo Reis will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Pritchett pushes Reis away with a front kick. Reis tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Pritchett scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Pritchett lands a nice shot that snaps Reis's head back.
Pritchett lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Pritchett. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Good leg kick by Pritchett there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Pritchett works the jab nicely. Pritchett is looking to land body kicks. Pritchett gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Pritchett wants to sweep but no luck. Reis wants to pass the guard but Pritchett is keeping the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Reis is posturing up here but Pritchett has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Reis tries to roll out but it's too tight and Reis has to tap! Slick submission there by Pritchett!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:02 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Chris Pritchett!
