Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Simon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Huynh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jordan Simon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Henry Huynh!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simon is looking to score with low kicks.
Simon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Simon displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Huynh throws out the jab.
Simon shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Huynh as he avoids it easily.
The fighters circling - Huynh throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Simon tries to score a power double leg takedown but Huynh sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Simon somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jordan Simon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Simon fails in his attempt to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Huynh stuffs the takedown.
Huynh throws out a loose jab but Simon uses good head movement to avoid it.
Huynh pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Simon tries to clinch there but Huynh circles away.

Simon shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Huynh but Huynh pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Simon shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Huynh as he jumps to the side.
Simon avoids a kick to the body.
Huynh defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Simon.
Simon gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Simon takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Huynh misses with an uppercut.
Simon shoots and misses
and Huynh counters with a left to the body.
Simon is breathing heavily.
Simon misses with a takedown
and Huynh counters with a series of strikes. Simon will be more careful next time no doubt.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Simon moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Simon is rocked!
It looks like Jordan Simon has been cut.
Huynh lands a jab-cross combination.
Oh Simon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Huynh lands with a right that hurts Simon. Simon looks to clinch but Huynh throws a short knee that drops Simon. This one is all over!
