Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Frank White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White comes into the arena with Time 4 Sum Aksion blaring out of the sound system. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Frank White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jack Johnson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
White controlling the position.
Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but White is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
White looking for a sweep. Not yet White, not yet.
White really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
White is trying to control the position but Johnson postures up.
White is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Johnson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

White is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Johnson is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Johnson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as White sprawls well. White wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
White tries to clinch there but Johnson circles away.
Johnson shoots in for a takedown but White shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Johnson wants to stand but White is controlling his posture from full guard.
Johnson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
White is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Johnson not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Johnson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Johnson wants to control from the top but White keeps moving.
Johnson wants to get up but he can't break White's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

White stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

White goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Johnson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. White is trying to defend but Johnson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Johnson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. White doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Johnson.
Johnson is taking a breather. White says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
White wants to improve his position but Johnson is controlling well.

White is trying to maintain the position but Johnson is very close to passing his half guard.
White won't allow Johnson to pass to mount.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Johnson closes the distance and clinches.
White fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Johnson tries to score a body lock takedown but White shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Johnson goes for a takedown attempt but White pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Johnson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. White is trying to defend but Johnson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
White tries to roll over but Johnson keeps him under control.

Johnson lands a heavy elbow.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
White is in all sorts of trouble here.

Johnson is going oldschool here, as he tries to force White to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so White shrugs it off.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Jack Johnson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
White misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Johnson seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
White has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Johnson is working away from the top position though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Johnson is figuring out what he wants to do next.

I've got Johnson winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
