PBP Commentary |
Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Osama Laden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Granite Jaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laden comes into the arena with The Pilgrim Road blaring out of the sound system. Granite Jaw told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jaw shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Laden manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Jaw postures up in Laden's guard and throws a big left but Laden blocks it.
Jaw postures up and lands a big shot to Laden's brow.
Laden will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Laden wants to stand up but Jaw is controlling him.
Laden trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Jaw stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Laden swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jaw lands a big elbow - Laden is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Jaw!
