The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Kiviniemi wants to control but Lang postures up.
Kiviniemi taking punishment in the form of punches.
It looks like Mikko Kiviniemi has been cut.
Kiviniemi is looking for a sweep.
Lang trying to control the position but Kiviniemi is working away.
Kiviniemi is trying to escape the position but Lang is controlling the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lang connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Kiviniemi some visible discomfort.
Lang trying to control the action but Kiviniemi is working from the bottom.
Lang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kiviniemi on the ground.
Kiviniemi managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Lang.
Lang misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Lang tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Lang sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Kiviniemi is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Lang is looking to take a break and control but Kiviniemi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
A bit of a lull in the action here.
You can see the frustration on Kiviniemi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Kiviniemi misses with a takedown
and Lang counters with a left right combination that sends Kiviniemi crashing to the mat - Lang wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Kiviniemi out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
