Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Badr Hari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dennis Kuyt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kuyt has chosen Hearts on Fire by John Cafferty as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuyt connects with a solid leg kick.
Hari shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hari throws a right and a left that Kuyt avoids nicely.
Hari takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Hari is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Good leg kick by Kuyt there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Hari takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Kuyt lands a big head kick that sends Hari tumbling to the mat! Kuyt takes a step backwards and waves Hari back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Hari is rocked!
A slapping body kick lands there for Kuyt.
The fighters circle, before Kuyt throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Hari's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Kuyt lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Dennis Kuyt!
