Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Rocher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rocher has chosen We Will Rock You as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones doesn't manage to clinch there - Rocher circles away.
Rocher shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Rocher is looking to advance position but Jones won't allow it.
Rocher is tying to control. Jones wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Jones really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rocher tries to keep at a distance but Jones has taken the fight into the clinch.

Jones tightens his grip and picks Rocher up, before dumping him to the ground. Rocher manages to land in guard.

Rocher tries to control but Jones wriggling away.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Rocher decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jones's guard.
Jones is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Rocher has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jones is working away from the top position though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
