Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mark Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Woolard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Penn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Woolard rushes Penn and presses him up against the cage.
Penn has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Woolard avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Penn tries to break free but Woolard pushes him back against the cage.

Woolard wants the takedown. Penn is fighting it off but Woolard persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Penn's guard against the cage.
Woolard wants to get up but he can't break Penn's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Penn shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Woolard sprawls well. Woolard wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Penn gets slowly back to his feet.

Woolard has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Penn uses from the top position.

Penn jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Penn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Woolard circles away quickly and effectively.
Penn lunges at Woolard with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Woolard's hand.
Woolard misses with a takedown attempt - Penn sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Penn takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Woolard is rocked!
Penn thuds his right hand into Woolard's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Woolard is still on wobbly legs! Can Penn finish him?
Penn drops Woolard with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Woolard! Penn dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
