Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Thomas Noham! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jaz One! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Noham looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Noham circles away from the clinch attempt and Noham counters into the clinch. Nicely done. One stops a takedown attempt from Noham.
One lands a body punch in the clinch. One prevents the takedown attempt.
Noham wants to stall.
Noham misses with a short punch on the inside. Noham manages to break the clinch.
One throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. One has closed the distance and engaged Noham in a clinch.
One has Noham pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Noham manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. One wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Noham wants to stall.
One is working for takedown but Noham is calmly controlling the position for now. One is trying to maintain a safe position but Noham gets an underhook and turns One into the cage. One wants to get back to striking at distance but Noham won't allow it.
One prevents Noham from breaking the clinch. Noham takes an elbow to the temple. Noham tries to pull guard but One holds him up against the cage and eventually Noham drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Thomas Noham. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Noham breaks from the clinch.
Noham tries to close the distance and clinch up but One swats him away and circles back towards the center. Noham on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Noham misses with the combination.
The fight stays on the outside here - Noham looks like he's thinking about clinching though. One swats away the attempt to clinch by Noham. One closes the distance but Noham moves to the side and Noham counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Noham is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and One defends it well. One tries to get to full guard but Noham has control of the leg.
That's two minutes gone in the round. One is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Noham has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! One is tapping! This fight is all over!
